The AirTite Capsule Tubes are designed to store AirTite Capsules. Each tube has a small hole poked in the cap to allow air-flow when removing the lid, and can hold 20 completely closed capsules. These capsules are made in the USA from an acrylic plastic with a non-yellowing agent, resulting in a final product that is hard, crystal clear, and smooth to the touch. The cover and base close together firmly to form a perfect seal. The capsules are PVC-free and archival safe, making them suitable for extended periods of long-term coin or bar storage.

The capsules can accommodate a variety of coins, including 1oz Gold Eagles $50, 1oz Gold Buffalo, 1oz $100 Platinum Eagle, US Half Dollars (1794-1836), 1/2oz Silver Rounds and 1/2oz Liberty Dollars, 1oz Lunar Gold (Series 1), 1oz Gold Nugget, 1oz Gold Kangaroo, 1oz Australian Platinum Platypus, British and Irish Silver Half Crown, 1oz Gold Britannia, 1oz Gold Sovereign, 1oz Gold Krugerrand, Canadian One Dollar (1968 ~ 1986), and 1oz Gold Panda, and 1/2oz Silver Fiji Taku. However, some rattle may be expected with Canadian One Dollar and 1oz Gold Pandas.

The package includes 20 Coin Capsules and 1 Capsule Tube with a Red Cap Lid. The Capsule Measurements are Inside Diameter 32.7mm x Depth 3.17mm, Outside Diameter 44.45mm x 5.4mm, and the Tube Measurements are 1.75" / 44.45mm O.D. x 5" Length w/ Cap. The capsules are shipped Un-Assembled between layers of foam.
